Need an Official Record?
Use the route that matches the Windham County record:
- Court case files: use Windham criminal court case records or call the Danielson criminal clerk at 860-779-8474
- State criminal histories: use DESPP's State Police Bureau of Identification and the CCHRS process
- Police and arrest reports: contact the responding municipal department or Connecticut State Police Troop D
- Custody information: use CT DOC, which manages both pretrial and sentenced custody in Connecticut
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
Windham County has no sheriff records counter. For Willimantic police reports, contact the Records Department at 22 Meadow Street, Willimantic, CT 06226, 860-465-3141. The counter is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
