The site points readers to the offices that maintain Windham County records, including local police, Connecticut Superior Court, DESPP/SPBI, CT DOC, and the Connecticut Sex Offender Registry, as well as outside tools that may assist lawful personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Connecticut law gives this warning special force for Connecticut Sex Offender Registry data, and misuse against a listed person can lead to prosecution. Registry information supports public safety awareness; it does not authorize vigilantism or discriminatory conduct.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
